For twenty-four years we have driven ramps, declines and production headings for domestic and international operators, working mostly in gold, silver and polymetallic ground.

Safety discipline, instrumented equipment and a process that repeats shift after shift are what let us hold a schedule in ground that rarely cooperates.

Our services

From the first geotechnical model to the last bucket out of the stope, we take the whole cycle — or the single piece of it you need covered.

Engineering

[ 01 ]

We model the ground before anyone touches it — ventilation, geotechnical sequencing and mine design tuned to how each orebody actually behaves.

Ground Support & Fortification

[ 02 ]

Resin and friction bolting, welded mesh, fibre-reinforced shotcrete and steel sets to hold fractured, squeezing or high-stress ground.

Development

[ 03 ]

Ramp, decline and lateral advance by drill-and-blast, cut to survey line with instrumented jumbos and a controlled perimeter.

Production

[ 04 ]

Longhole and cut-and-fill stoping, sequenced for grade recovery, dilution control and a back that stays where you left it.

Hauling

[ 05 ]

Ore and waste moved by LHD and low-profile haulage on a dispatch system that keeps the face cycle turning through the shift change.

Safety policy

Every incident and every occupational illness is foreseeable. We treat that as an engineering statement, not a slogan.

Miner wearing a headlamp and respirator at a working face

If it can be foreseen, it can be designed out.

So we spend our effort upstream — in the plan, the pre-shift, the ground control review and the equipment inspection — where a decision still costs nothing but attention.

01

A safe and healthy workplace for every person who signs onto the shift, contractor or employee.

02

Authority for anyone, at any level, to stop work on ground or equipment they judge unsafe.

03

Every incident and near-miss investigated to root cause and closed out in writing.

04

Compliance with provincial and federal regulation treated as the floor, never the target.

Technology

Our underground fleet runs to more than 410 units across every category the cycle needs. Each one is chosen for durability, serviceability and behaviour in confined, high-consequence ground.

Over 410 machines underground performance
Motor grader levelling a haul road

Motor Grader

Levels and shapes ramps, drifts and working platforms so haulage runs fast and water goes where it should instead of where it wants to.

Telehandler positioning material

Telehandler

Extendable-boom handlers that lift and place heavy components in tight headings — assembly, maintenance changeouts and general logistics support.

Compactor working a prepared surface

Compactor

Vibratory units that consolidate loose material — the unglamorous step that decides whether a ramp lasts a season or a decade.

Backhoe loader fitted with a work basket

Backhoe Loaders With Baskets

Backhoes modified with elevated baskets, giving crews safe working height for services, ventilation and installation work in confined ground.

Drill rig lit by headlamps in a dark heading

Face-Drilling Rig

Electrohydraulic jumbos with one or more boom-mounted rock drills for accurate horizontal drilling. Accuracy here is what every downstream metre inherits.

Load-haul-dump loader at work

Load-Haul-Dump Loader

Low-profile loaders built to muck, tram and dump in ground with no room to turn around. The backbone of production tonnes.

Every unit runs on a scheduled-maintenance regime out of our Sudbury workshop, with telemetry logged per shift so uptime is a measured number rather than an assumption.

Our team

Two thousand one hundred people, five departments, one standard.

Our strength is our people.

“I came on as a nipper and I'm running a jumbo crew nine years later. Nobody handed me that — but the ladder was actually there, which is more than I can say for the last two outfits.”
Marcus Deneault — Development Supervisor
“What sold me was the pre-shift. Twenty minutes, every day, and nobody rushes it. You can tell a lot about a contractor from how they spend the first twenty minutes.”
