The central workshop

Twelve thousand square metres in Sudbury, and seven satellite shops on client sites.

Component rebuilds, hydraulics, electrical and structural repair all happen in-house. Running our own workshop means we are not queuing behind someone else's priority list when a jumbo drops out mid-cycle — and it means the technician who rebuilds the boom is the one who hears how it failed.

Every machine reports hours, fuel burn and fault codes per shift. Availability is a measured number here, not an assumption.

Digital underground

Instrumentation is only useful if somebody acts on it before the shift ends.

T.01Fleet telemetry

Position, hours and fault codes streamed from every unit, with dispatch reacting to queue times in real time.

T.02Drill navigation

Boom positioning against the design plan, so the round drilled matches the round that was engineered.

T.03Ground monitoring

Extensometers and microseismic arrays reporting convergence and event location continuously.

T.04Ventilation on demand

Airflow directed to where crews and equipment actually are, cutting power draw without cutting air quality.

T.05Tag tracking

Every person and vehicle underground located to the level and heading, for evacuation and for traffic management.

T.06Battery-electric trial

Nine BEV units in service, cutting diesel particulate at the face and the ventilation load that comes with it.
